This year, due to the epidemiological situation in the world, the Moscow Urban Forum was postponed to 2021. However, our international projects and research activities continue. We will be glad to discuss the best practices of modern sustainable cities with representatives from cities in Russia and other countries, leaders of international organizations and leading world experts in urban studies, economics and technologies
Leading representatives of international organizations will gather together to discuss how to make the prosperous, healthy and sustainable city
The research results and key issues will be presented within three business programme tracks:
will examine the introduction of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into city management models to increase sustainability of cities, as well as successful urban practices that meet sustainable development goals. At the moment, it is cities that are the drivers of the SDGs introduction and implementation. Despite the difficulty in coordinating the large urbanized areas development, it is cities that make possible to efficiently use resources and reduce the environmental burden, improve the quality of social and other infrastructure.
the participants will discuss the main challenges to urban healthcare, best practices and the most important initiatives in urban health from around the world. Urban Health approach investigates issues of interconnection between health and urban environment, as well as designs management principles and urban development instruments oriented to citizens’ health.
will be dedicated to a new approach to a city planning. This track discussions will focus on evolutionally new approach to urban planning, human-centricity and orientation on a citizen as a main city “client”.
